1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Local SEO Audit Tool, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Local SEO Audit Tool provides on-page SEO analysis, website comparison, site crawling, and audit reporting services. The tool analyzes publicly accessible web pages and generates reports based on 310+ SEO checkpoints.

3. User Accounts

You may use the tool without an account with limited daily audits. Registering a free account increases your daily limits and enables features like audit history, report exports, and site comparisons. Pro subscriptions unlock unlimited usage and additional features.

4. Fair Use

• Free users: 2 audits per day
• Registered users: 5 audits per day
• Do not use automated scripts to abuse the service
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits

5. Data Retention

Audit and comparison results are automatically deleted after 15 minutes to conserve server resources. Please export or save your reports before they expire. We are not responsible for data that is not exported before the expiry period.

6. Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, SEO analysis results are recommendations only. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and we make no guarantees about rankings or specific outcomes based on our reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on audit reports.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through PayPal on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
